Boi (43), the man who beat his parents because they don’t have the money was arrested by the police at his home in Tenggulun Village, Tenggulun District, Aceh Tamiang, Thursday (7/4/2022). The Head of Simpang Kiri Police (Kapolsek Simpang Kiri) Ipda Andi Krisna said the perpetrator was arrested after one of the residents saw him. Then, the family picked up the perpetrator and took him home. "Other residents reported this to the Sector Police (Polsek). So, we went to his house and arrested him to account for his actions," Andi said by telephone, Friday (4/8/2022). To the police, the perpetrator was mad because his parents did not give him money. At the time of the incident, his parents had no money. Andi said, the current condition of the two victims had gone better and their wounds had dried up. "The condition of his parents is now becoming better and better. The wounds have dried and we will complete the perpetrator's file," he said. Andi hopes that a similar incident will not happen again in the future. "Hopefully cases like this will not happen again in the future," he hoped.
