inp.polri.go.id - Banten. Banten Regional Police Marine and Air Directorate evacuate an unknown body, suspected to be foreign nationals, which was found in Marbella Anyer Beach, Serang, on Friday (8/2/2024).

The body was found by locals at around 06.30 a.am. When the body was found, there was a bottle tied to his pants with a scrap of paper in it. The paper contained a message written in English and Indonesian.

Director of Banten Regional Police Marine and Air Unit, Senior Superintendent Yunus Hadith Pranoto says that the police found the body fully dressed with boots and socks intact. The body was wearing long blue jeans.

The body of the corpse was also found to have pressure wounds on several parts of the body.

“Afterwards, we immediately evacuated the body with body bags and took the body to the Cilegon Regional Hospital using an ambulance from Anyer Health Center," said Yunus.

Currently his party is still investigating the identity of the body and the whole story of the case.
