West Java Police Sends 353 to Bali to Assist G20 Summit Security Operations

inp.polri.go.id – The West Java Regional Police sent 353 personnel to be dispatched to Bali to assist the security of the G20 Summit in Bali. Thec eremonial send-off was led directly by the West Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General Suntana, at the West Java Police Headquarters field, Wednesday (10/26). “All personnel should carry out their duties in Bali with full responsibility, avoiding counter-productive actions, and arrogant attitudes. In addition, supervise and manage the personnel in the field strictly and take decisive action if there are members who violate the rules or tainted the reputation of the police during the operation, "said the West Java Police Chief. He explained that those who were sent-off to Bali are 219 West Java Police Mobile Brigade Unit personnel, 97 West Java Police Traffic Directorate, 14 West Java Police Samapta Directorate, 13 West Java Police Directorate of Security of Vital Objects, two Security of Vital Objects Unit of Bandung Police, two Samapta Unit of Bandung Police and and two Samapta Unit of Cimahi Police. "The assistance in securing the G20 in Bali will start from November 7th to November 19th, 2022. We hope that the personnel who we send for security there can carry out their duties well," concluded the Inspector General of Police Suntana.
