Inp.polri.go.id - Padang. West Sumatra Regional Police’s Mobile Brigade (Brimob) carried out a corn harvest on Saturday (20/6/2026), at community-managed farmland to support the national food security program and demonstrates the Indonesian National Police (INP)’s role in strengthening agriculture.
The harvest was conducted jointly by Brimob personnel, emphasizing teamwork and community cooperation.
“Through this corn harvest, we want to show that the INP is not only present to maintain security but also to support food security programs. We hope the results benefit society and encourage productivity in farming,” said the Brimob Commander of West Sumatra Police, Senior Superintendent Lukman Syafri Dandel Malik.
He noted that utilizing productive land helps increase yields and improve community welfare. The activity also reinforced solidarity among police officers and strengthened collaboration with local residents to ensure sustainable food resilience.
