Inp.polri.go.id - Padang. The West Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps processed harvested corn on Wednesday (24/6/2026) to optimize agricultural yields and support the national food security program. 

Brimob officers dried corn kernels harvested from the unit’s designated farming land in West Sumatra to reduce moisture levels and extend shelf life before distribution.

This post-harvest management is deemed essential for maintaining crop quality under proper agricultural standards, reflecting the police's commitment to utilizing productive land to stabilize local food availability.

In addition to their core duties as public protectors, Brimob officers continue to actively contribute to sustainable farming. The entire operation proceeded smoothly, demonstrating the institution’s active role in empowering regional agriculture and reinforcing national food supply chains.
