The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo along with a number of senior officials of INP visited the National Heroes Cemetery (TMPNU) Kalibata, South Jakarta, this morning. The visit was to commemorate the heroes ahead of the 79th Bhayangkara Day.
"This is a routine that we do every year before the day of our anniversary," said the Head of Public Relations of INP, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho in his statement to the media on Monday (6/23/2025).
Sandi said that in the visit, INP officials hope that the exemplary values of the heroes will motivate and inspire the next generation of police members to be better in the future.
"We should take the various examples from our predecessors as examples. That way, it is hoped that we will be more ready to face various challenges in the future," explained Sandi.
According to Sandi, the ceremony took place solemnly and meaningfully. With this ceremony, it further strengthens the spirit of devotion of police members to the noble values of Tribrata as a guideline for life and professional ethics.
