"Especially overcoming extreme poverty. In the span of the next two years, we aim to make sure that there is no longer extreme poverty. Two years, maximum. Hopefully it can be faster," said Muhaimin.

His party emphasized the government's commitment to strengthening efforts to deal with poverty in Indonesia.

Coordinating Minister Muhaimin explained that poverty alleviation is the government's target, especially extreme poverty alleviation is a priority during President Prabowo Subianto's administration.

In addition, Muhaimin also asked regional governments to synergize with Ministries/Institutions (K/L) so that poverty alleviation has a significant impact.

"For that, we need to be serious and I ask all ministries related regarding the infrastructure, then various improvements in the quality of human resources, to accesses that are in the form of direct assistance, to be included in the total movement map in strengthening the efforts to deal with poverty," explained Muhaimin.
