The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) continues to prioritize important programs, services and activities in order to improve the quality of public services following Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2025 concerning Spending Efficiency in 2025.

Minister of PANRB Rini Widyantini said that budget efficiency efforts were made to be more focused and provide real impacts for the community.

"However, we continue to pay attention to the important programs and activities of the Ministry of PANRB so that they can improve the quality of public services and bureaucratic reform," said Minister Rini on Thursday (2/6/2025).

The Ministry of PANRB has made adjustments to several operational and non-operational spending items that refer to the provisions issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Several things that have been adjusted include official travel, procurement of office stationery, meeting/seminar/socialization activities, ceremonial activities, and so on.

The Minister of PANRB explained that his staff is currently conducting detailed efficiency calculations. Programs and activities are evaluated to ensure that budget use remains optimal.

Optimizing the government's digital transformation is considered to be able to answer this challenge. He hopes that the application of technology will reduce costs and accelerate employee performance.
