inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Special Detachment of 88 Anti-Terror Team arrested terrorists in Tasikmalaya, West Java on Wednesday (2/5/2025).

"It's true (there was an arrest in Tasikmalaya)," said the Head of Public Relations of the Indonesian National Police (INP), Inspector General Sandi Nugroho on Thursday (2/6/2025).

Sandi explained that the Anti-Terror team is currently developing the case, making the unit unable to reveal the identity of the terrorists yet.

However, Sandi ensured that the chronology of the arrests would also be explained after the whole investigation process are completed.

"We are still developing the case, please give us more time," explained the Head of Public Relations.
