Inp.polri.go.id – Oksibil. Papua Mountain Sub-regional Police ensures that situation in Oksibil District and its surrounding is growing better after terrorist attack from the Armed Criminal Group. Even, it was reported that people have returned to their daily activities. Papua Mountain Sub-regional Police Chief, Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant Mohamad Dafi Bastomi reveals that security situations and community order in Oksibil are well under control. Various sectors such as economy, education, and bank have returned to run normally. “You are pleased to do your activities as you usually did. We, from the national security forces, stands ready to secure Oksibil,” says Bastomi. Bastomi then adds that his joint forces have carried out security operations to disperse any threat potentials from the Armed Criminal Group. “Our goal is so that people could do their daily activities without any worry,” said Bastomi in his conclusion. On the other hand, the commander of Yahukimo 1715, Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Tommy Yudistyo also confirmed that strong cooperation between Indonesian National Force with Papua Mountain Police and its task force ensures that the situation is secured and under control. “I want to express my gratitude to all supports from the community towards us, we are able to suppress the threat from the Armed Criminal Group,” says Tommy. Tommy says that the patrol of Indonesian Military Force and the Indonesian National Police still continues despite safe situation.
