Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Manpower Minister Yassierli raised his optimism on Friday (2/5/2025) that the Layoff Task Force, or locally known as Satgas PHK, initiated by President Prabowo Subianto, will be completed this month.

“Hopefully, it will be finalized this month,” he said. “But the official form requires the president’s signature, so we’ll have to wait.”

The regulation’s drafting has entered its final stage, with the focus now on defining the task force’s roles and responsibilities. The Ministry is also preparing a ministerial regulation on outsourcing, based on policies announced by President Prabowo during the 2025 May Day celebration.

Minister Yassierli added that the ministry is conducting studies for a more equitable labor law, as mandated by the president and aligned with Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/2023 on the Job Creation Law. 

The ministry is also working on follow-up regulations, including new rules on outsourcing.
