PANRB Minister Rini Widyantini said that gender-based financial inclusiveness is key to creating fair and sustainable economic growth.

The Ministry of PANRB also strives to continue to integrate the values ​​of Ber-AKHLAK into the ASN work culture to be consistently implemented in order to open up space for women to actively and optimally participate in the bureaucracy without discriminatory barriers.

In addition to the central level, the Ministry of PANRB encourages regional governments to care about service inclusivity through the One Agency, One Innovation movement as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of PANRB Number 91 of 2021 concerning the Development of Public Service Innovation.
