The East Kuta Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Fauzan Arianto, emphasized that the 110 Call Center service is now the fastest solution for the public seeking police assistance in emergency situations.

He also emphasized that this service is designed to reduce reporting bureaucracy and enable personnel in the field to operate more efficiently.

"This 110 service is a manifestation of the state's presence among the community. We will ensure that this service is the fastest solution. Every incoming call will be directly connected to an operator and then forwarded to the patrol unit or police station closest to the location of the report," said Superintendent Fauzan, Sunday (2/8/2026).

Fauzan further explained that this service is free of charge and available 24 hours a day. The public can report various things, from traffic accidents and crimes to disturbances of public order and security, to natural disasters.

"There's no reason for the public to be afraid or hesitant to report. Simply dial 110, and our system will do the work. It's free, so everyone can access it at any time," he explained.

Chief Fauzan urged his staff to be firm in providing this vital service wisely and responsibly. He also reminded the public not to make prank calls or false reports, as this could hinder the response of other residents in truly urgent situations.
