In his statement, he revealed that if farmers often deal with loan sharks, it will harm the farmers themselves. One of the prices set by loan sharks is always below market prices.

"That is what the Government wants to avoid by providing access to insurance and financing," he said.

He also appreciated the Government's steps to write off debts for farmers to banks. However, this does not apply if farmers are in debt to loan sharks.

In addition, he also highlighted the importance of synchronizing agricultural financing policies from the central level to the farmer level. This is necessary because the policy has not touched small farmers.

"The rules at the top level must reach the bottom and be truly implemented. So far, many policies have not touched small farmers," he concluded.
