Inp.polri.go.id - Bogor.  President Prabowo Subianto underscored the 2024 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) as a vital step toward aligning the goals of central and regional leaders.

“This is a rare and strategic opportunity where nearly all decision-makers, across every level, are brought together to set our nation’s course for the years ahead,” he said in his opening address of the meeting on Thursday (7/11/2024).

The President praised the Ministry of Home Affairs for organizing the event, which saw attendance from over 5,000 participants. He noted that the forum provided him his first significant opportunity to directly address key national and regional leaders.

Home Affairs Minister Tito Karnavian explained that the meeting aims to align regional policies with the President’s agenda over the next five years. 

“This is about coordinating and harmonizing local administration, regional leadership, and national agencies to support the President’s priority programs and policies,” he said, as quoted by antaranews.com.

Under the theme "Implementing Asta Cita Towards Golden Indonesia 2045," the meeting features panel discussions designed to advance the President’s long-term vision for Indonesia.
