Inp.polri.go.id – Bali. Bali Forum Archipelagic and Island States (AIS) Summit calls unity in facing maritime issues. This principle is based on AIS Forum that was initiated to be the medium for overcoming archipelagic states issues. “Island or archipelagic states generally have the same problems when we are talking about maritime issues. One of which are changes that causes the rising sea level,” says head secretary of AIS Riny Madaso in Jakarta on Tuesday (10/3/2023). Riny says that the summit, which held at October 10th-11th, will try to discuss and find the solutions on that issues. On this matter, Riny stressed, AIS Forum sees the importance of collective effort. “In facing our problems, it requires collaboration and cooperation which has become the basis for AIS Forum in bringing solidarity key messages as our main theme,” she said quoted from rri.co.id.
