Bali Prepares Special Procedures to Welcome AIS Forum Summit Delegates

Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights prepares special procedures to support I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in welcoming the delegations of AIS Forum Summit 2023. “On this case, at least there are two booths that will carry out those special duties,” he said in Denpasar on Tuesday (10/3/2023). He explains that the booths will have four guards each for security and task purpose. According to Anggiat, the most crucial task is the arrival of the delegates in the International Welcoming Terminal. “The only vital part is their arrival, while for their departure there are 10 booths prepared with two guards on standby in each booth,” says Anggiat. While for the ministry level delegations and head of states, their arrival would be handled through rooms in VIP building. AIS Forum Summit 2023 will be held in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center on October 10th – 11th 2023. The summit will be attended by 51 archipelagic or island states representatives with the aims of 25 head of states and 30 to 47 ministries present. The Summit would also be attended by international organizations such as Pacific Island Forum (PIF), Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG), Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Other than that, the Summit will also invites inter-governmental or non-government organization such as United Nations (UN), World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA).
