inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, General Sigit Listyo Sigit Prabowo attends the inauguration of Gold Coast International Ferry Terminal Port, Riau Island.

He invites all parties to collaborate in preventing illegal sending of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI). This was conveyed by the Chief of Police when delivering a speech at the Gold Coast Bengkong Port, Batam on Monday (4/14/2025).

General Sigit also expressed his highest appreciation to Aneka Sarana Sentosa company who has built Gold Coast International Ferry Terminal Bengkong. He hopes that the international ferry can improve the investment climate in Indonesia.

“I was really happy with the report that the local government is optimistic, both in development and the increasing hotel occupancy. Thus, I would like to say my congratulations to them,” says INP Chief Sigit on Monday (4/14/2025).

On the other hand, INP Chief says Indonesia is also still facing various problems that needs overcomed, such as the sending of illegal labor abroad. The Chief of Police hopes that this problem will be the attention of all parties.
