Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. The Badung Sub-regional Police in Bali have named three foreigners as suspects for creating and distributing explicit content at a villa in the Pererenan area, Mengwi.
During a press conference on Tuesday (17/3/2026), police identified the suspects as MMJL (23), a female adult creator from France; NBS (24), a male from Italy; and ERB (26), a male from France who acted as MMJL's manager. The trio was detained through a joint operation between the police and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Immigration.
Two of the suspects, MMJL and NBS, were detained at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport on Saturday while attempting to flee to Thailand. The third suspect, ERB, was arrested at a villa in Canggu on Monday, according to antaranews.com.
Investigators revealed that the video, which featured a motorcycle taxi jacket to increase its viral potential, was recorded on 8 March 2026 and distributed via platforms like OnlyFans and X. Police seized several iPhones, a camera, a MacBook, and the ojol vest used in the production as evidence.
The suspects face charges under the 2023 Criminal Code and the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law, with potential prison sentences of up to 10 years.
Immigration officials noted that MMJL had entered Indonesia on a Tourism Visa on Arrival (VoA) in February. The investigation also cleared a local online taxi driver, MR, who had previously appeared in harmless promotional content with MMJL but was falsely accused by netizens of being involved in the explicit video.
