The activity in Bakauheni-Merak port have returned to normal on Sunday (1/1) as  ferries have returned to transport vehicles and passengers through the sea following a temporary halt due to high waves on Saturday (12/31/22). “We guarantee that the the port activities in Bakauheni have returned to normal as the weather is good and everything returns as it was,” says Head of Public Relations Department of the Lampung Police Superintendent Zahwani Pandra Arsyad on Sunday (1/1/23). He said that despite the halt, there was no long queue of vehicles at  Pier III and the executive pier of the Bakauheni Port Port. “For ferry passengers at Bakauheni Port, we urge you to keep up with the latest information from Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency of Lampung for weather reports,” he added.
