This news was delivered by the General Supervision Inspectorate of Indonesian National Police, Police General Commissioner Agung Budi Maryoto, in the Analysis and Evaluation (Anev) of Achievements of Chief of National Police Priority Programme of Third Quarter on Monday (15/11). The Anev was conducted at the Presisi Command Post of Indonesian National Police Headquarter and attended by Primary Officials of Indonesian National Police Headquarter and all Chiefs of Regional Police through a virtual meeting.
Chief of Banten Regional Police, Police Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto, warmly welcomed the achievement achieved by Banten Regional Police jn the implementation of the Chief of National Police Priority Programme of Third Quarter. "We thanked all personnel who has been optimally conducted Chief of National Police's Presisi Programme on the Third Quarter so we could achieve the best legitimation on public service satisfaction by Indonesian National Police Headquarter", Chief of Banten Regional Police said.
As information, the Presisi Command Post formed by Indonesian National Police Headquarter conducts a peridocal evaluation of the achievement of the Chief of National Police's Priority Programme in all working units of the Indonesian National Police and Regional Police. The Presisi Command Post of the Indonesian National Police Headquarter even invited professional survey institutions such as Charta Politika Indonesia to research. It surveyed the implementation of the Chief of National Police's Priority Programme.
As a result, after the survey on the Third Quarter of 2021, Banten Regional Police got the best predicate in public service satisfaction by scoring an index of 84.3%. The scoring in this field is related to the online service and delivery service system and satisfaction of the performance of Banten Regional Police in following up Hotline 110 service.
"Three indicators of scoring in the survey of the public service satisfaction becomes a positive value that has to be maintained by Banten Regional Police", Chief of Banten Regional Police said.
Since taking office on December 10, 2020, the Chief of Banten Regional Police has campaigned for the Pendekar Banten programme, which is the manifestation of the Chief of National Police's Presisi Programme.
"The implementation of Pendekar Banten programme has resulted in many awards achieved by Banten Regional Police.
