Inp.polri.go.id – Bima. Bima Sub-regional Police begins their patrols for the 2024 General Elections in effort to maintain West Nusa Tenggara safety and security. Mantap Brata Operation PR Head, First Brigadier Adib Widaya led the patrols to General Election Commission (KPU) and Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) offices in Bima on Sunday (11/19/2023). Not only securing the two locations, the Samapta Unit of Bima Police also patrols the vulnerable areas to anticipate disturbances which could disrupt the elections. In another occasion, Bima Police Chief, Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant states that his party is committed to maintain public safety and security in Bima during the election. Hariyanto hopes and invites the people to actively join the security forces in maintain conducive situation such as by informing the officials if there are any disturbances in the area. (ad/pt/pr/nm)
