inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) is committed to providing legal information services to the public by continuing to validate and evaluate the implementation of the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH).

"In order to be the best, BNPT’s JDIH continues to improve in providing the best service to the public, so that legal products related to counterterrorism can be easily accessed," said Head of the Legal, Public Relations, and Information Technology Division of BNPT Sus Tjandra Sulistiyono on Friday (10/11/2024).

BNPT has also continued to innovate and increase the capacity of human resources (HR) managing the BNPT’s JDIH. This innovation, he said, can be seen from the use of TikTok social media to disseminate legal information to the public.

In addition, BNPT also adheres to JDIH assessment indicators in order to find out how far JDIH BNPT has progressed, and continues to carry out comparative studies and innovation exploration.

Tjandra said that the implementation of the formation of a good JDIH in a government organization has at least three urgencies, which are following up the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning JDIH, to serve the public, and act as one of the variables of the Legal Reform Index.

He said that BNPT is very open to sharing their information and experience in building a qualified JDIH. Moreover, BNPT's JDIH has won the award three times, namely in 2021, 2023, and 2024.

"BNPT as a Non-Ministerial Government Institution (LPNK) that won the awards for their JDIH quality at the LPNK level is certainly not easy and involves a continuous evaluation and development process," said Head Tjandra.
