inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency for Health) launched the "Layanan Ujung Negeri" (Outermost Service) program simultaneously in 558 districts/cities to facilitate access to the National Health Insurance (JKN) program, especially for those living in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) areas.

BPJS Kesehatan President Director Prihati Pujowaskito emphasized that the launch of Lanuri is a manifestation of optimizing non-digital services to reach communities with limited geographic and technological infrastructure.

"Today, we are launching Lanuri simultaneously in 558 districts/cities across Indonesia, involving 126 BPJS Kesehatan branch offices," said Pujowaskito on Monday (7/13/2026).

She explained that of the 558 implementation points, 179 provide mobile BPJS services, while the other 379 offer Virtual Office Information and Administration Services (Viola).

Through the presence of Lanuri, people in remote and border areas can now more easily access information, manage membership administration, and even submit complaints regarding the JKN program.

"Lanuri can facilitate access to JKN services for people living in remote areas or those with limited access due to geographic conditions," said Pujowaskito.

The launch of this program also marked the conclusion of the 100-Day Work Plan of the BPJS Kesehatan Board of Directors, which reportedly achieved cumulative performance achievements of 91.53 percent.

The quick wins agenda consists of four Customer-Centric Programs to accommodate participants' fundamental needs, as well as four Collaborative Programs to expand the reach of integrated services across sectors.

Several key programs achieved successfully include the JKN 3T program through a hospital support ship partnership, the integration of P-Care for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, and an intelligent claims system to eliminate inefficiencies and potential fraud.

BPJS Kesehatan, he continued, is committed to continuing to provide fair and equitable services so that all Indonesians, including the Premium Assistance Recipient (PBI) segment, receive equal health insurance coverage.
