Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi, the Indonesian National Police (INP) Public Relations Division’s Head of Multimedia Bureau, was named best academic graduate as the National Resilience Institute of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI) concluded the 27th National Leadership Consolidation Program (P3N) on Thursday (3/6/2026) in Central Jakarta. 

The program, held over three and a half months, graduated 85 participants from the military, police, ministries, civil organizations, and universities.

“Today Lemhannas RI concludes the P3N XXVII program, which was attended by 85 participants over three and a half months,” said Lemhannas Governor Dr. Ace Hasan Syadzily. 

He said that the program’s mission is to prepare leaders with patriotic character and strategic vision to face global challenges.

Participants were trained in national values, resilience, and strategic studies. In addition to Chief Ade Ary’s academic award, Vice Admiral Ignatius Bayu received recognition for best individual paper.
