Inp.polri.go.id - Semarang. The Central Java Regional Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob) Unit distributed 50,000 liters of clean water to residents experiencing severe drought across Semarang City on Friday (4/9/2026).
Ten water tanker trucks deployed from the Brimob headquarters in Srondol delivered water supplies to Meteseh, Rowosari, and Jabungan sub-districts, supported by two specialized water treatment vehicles equipped with multi-stage filtration systems to supply immediate drinking water.
"As long as communities require clean water, we will continue assisting based on field conditions," Central Java Brimob Commander Senior Superintendent Noor Hudaya said.
Jabungan Village Representative Solikin appreciated the relief effort. Central Java Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Yuliyanto reaffirmed that police units will maintain ongoing humanitarian relief across drought-impacted regions
