On that occasion, he says that the negative activities often found during ngabuburit is violating the traffic law. “People should have filled ngabuburit activities with positive activities such as praying, shopping for breaking the fast, or strolling with families,” quote the PR Chief on Wednesday (3/13/2024). Bayu stressed that activities during the holy month of Ramadan should not be tainted with violating traffic law. According to him, most traffic violation occurred during ngabuburit is the use of loud exhaust, speeding, and even illegal racing. “Those are activities that violates the law, disturb the public and unfitting to be held during the holy month of Ramadan,” conclude the PR Chief.
