inp.polri.go.id - Central Java. The Central Java Regional Police has officially begun their Valet Ride program. The program had received positive feedback from the public and travelers alike.
The program was held at the Nasmoco Valet Ride Post, Brebes. A total of 36 homecoming travelers and 21 motorbikes joined the first group to depart at 13.15 om. Dozens of homecoming travelers were dropped off at the Semarang Sub-regional Police Headquarters.
There, they can enjoy various facilities for free such as parking, vehicle repair shops, Pertamini, reflexology massage services, air-conditioned waiting rooms, toilets, children's play areas, health services, and snacks and drinks.
A homecoming traveler from Bandung who participated in the program, Andrianto, said that the program was very helpful to him. He considered that the Valet Ride program saved costs and energy.
"I am truly helped by this program. I could enjoy the trip and have more rest while I can enjoy all the facilities provided for free, which makes the travel costs cheaper," said Andrianto on Monday (3/24/2025).
Meanwhile, Vice Chief of Central Java Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Latif Usman said that travelers, especially motorcyclists, can take advantage of rest areas along the arterial roads.
According to him, motorcycles are not designed for long trips. He said, it is better for motorcyclists to rest every two hours to reduce the risk of accidents
