Inp.polri.go.id - Palu. In a concerted effort to combat drug trafficking, the Central Sulawesi Regional Police conducted the destruction of 3 kilograms of methamphetamine worth Rp 1.8 billion.
Three men, Mansyur (36), Juhri (36), and Irfin Anugrah (26), have been identified as suspects in the case and are currently in custody.
"Today, the Central Sulawesi Police destroyed methamphetamine evidence worth Rp 1.8 billion," said Assistant Superintendent, Raden Real Mahendra, the Deputy Director of the Narcotics Crime Investigation Unit at the Central Sulawesi Police, on Thursday (22/2/2024).
"The methamphetamine, totaling 3,016.2444 grams or more than 3 kilograms, was seized from three different locations. The seizures were made in January 2024 in the cities of Palu and Tolitoli," he said.
Chief . Raden emphasized that the destruction of narcotics evidence underscores the commitment and seriousness of the Central Sulawesi Police in combating drug trafficking.
"We will not tolerate drug trafficking in the Central Sulawesi region. We will continue to take firm action against the perpetrators," he asserted
