The viral post is entirely untrue, according to DEN Chairman spokesperson Jodi Mahardi confirmed, as reported by Kompas.com.

A reverse image search revealed that the photo used in the viral post was taken from a news report covering government digitalization. In the original statement, Luhut was encouraging the public to offer data-backed constructive criticism, making no mention of revoking citizenship status over tax issues.
