Head of Cooperation Implementation Working Team of BNPT, Eddy Purwanto, saw that the cooperation program with ministries/institutions can fix and improve the lives of terrorist convicts so they would not return to terrorist organizations.
“In 2023, there were no terrorist attacks in Indonesia,” notes Eddy on Thursday (8/1/2024).
Eddy implores all ministries/institutions under the coordination of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs could implement the joint program for effective, integrated, and impactful prevention.
He emphasized that the action plan for the counter-terrorism cooperation program must have a significant impact. Thus program beneficiaries must be right on target and in accordance with the special location.
"The assistance provided must also be supervised and monitored so that the beneficiaries can use it well," said Eddy.
