Inp.polri.go.id - Nabire. The Damai Cartenz Task Force conducted humanistic patrols and community engagement in the Samabuasa River area, Nabire Regency, Central Papua, on Tuesday (25/8/2026) to maintain public security and order.

Led by Commander First Inspector Ari Wiyono, officers monitored local activities, conversed with residents, and purchased local produce.

"We are glad the officers came to speak directly with the public," said local resident Mama Deki. "Presence like this makes us feel cared for."

Head of the Damai Cartenz Task Force Inspector General Faizal Ramadhani said that observation and humanistic approaches build public trust and strengthen security synergy. 

Damai Cartenz Task Force Deputy Head Senior Superintendent Adarma Sinaga added that continuous communication helps detect potential security disruptions early. The area remained safe, orderly, and conducive throughout the activity.
