Inp.polri.go.id - Manokwari. The Damai Cartenz Task Force is fostering stronger ties with young students in conflict-prone areas of Papua by distributing free breakfasts as part of a non-violent outreach strategy.
“This breakfast initiative is more than just a social activity; it’s a commitment to supporting the development of Papua’s younger generation,” said Damai Cartenz Task Force Commander Brigadier General Faizal Ramadani on Monday (28/7/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
The breakfast program took place in Kulirik Village, Mulia District, Central Papua, and aims to build trust between law enforcement and local communities.
According to Damai Cartenz Task Force Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Yusuf Sutejo, this is part of a broader effort to promote peace and welfare through consistent humanitarian engagement.
“The smiles and excitement from the children show growing mutual trust. Our presence is not just for security but for the future of Papua,” he added, adding that the initiative will be held regularly to reinforce national presence through compassionate, civilian-centered approaches.
