"The person concerned is being detained at the INP Criminal Investigation Agency," explained Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Drugs Criminal Investigation Directorate, Tuesday (5/19/2026).
Eko explained that DJS's detention was carried out after completing an examination by joint investigators from Sub-Directorate II, Sub-Directorate IV, and the Narcotics Investigation Center (NIC) Task Force of INP.
"The preliminary investigation (BAP) for suspect Deky Jonathan Sasiang has been completed by the investigative team," said Eko.
It was previously explained that DJS's questioning was intended to investigate alleged money laundering, as he was named a suspect and taken to the INP Criminal Investigation Department in Jakarta on Monday (May 18, 2026). The investigation was conducted to trace the flow of funds.
