inp.polri.go.id - Pangkalpinang. The Drugs Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police stated that the public can report all forms of criminal activity, including drug offenses, through the toll-free emergency number 110.

The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s emergency number is available 24 hours a day to report emergency incidents, such as crimes, accidents, disasters, or other security disturbances. This service serves to provide a rapid response to the public, facilitate reporting, and submit complaints by telephone.

The Vice Director of Drugs Criminal Investigation at the Bangka Belitung Regional Police, Superintendent Trihanto Nugroho, stated that all information about anything happening in the community can be reported to the 110 call center, both for reporting and for assistance with personnel, including suspected drug abuse.

"Anything related to accidents, fires, or anything related to the community can be accessed through the 110 line, whether it's general crime, special crime, or drug offenses," Trihanto said on Thursday (10/23/2025).

He explained that the 24-hour hotline is operated in stages, starting with the precinct police station. However, if there is no response, it will be escalated to the higher-level unit.

"That's the system. We've been trying to evaluate the channel's operation from the Operations Bureau, all the way down to the precinct police station," he said.

The Bangka Belitung Regional Police, he said, continues to promote the 110 service, and he believes the public is already familiar with this police service.

"We hope the public will trust this easy communication facility, but we remind them it's for important and urgent matters, not for trial and error, let alone for play," he said.
