Inp.polri.go.id – East Java. The East Java Regional Police deployed 1000 medical team to review the health conditions of polling stations security personnel. Head of East Java Regional Police Medical Division, Senior Superintendent Erwin Zainul Hakim states there are four technical method in reviewing personnel medical conditions which are telemedicine, health patrol, home care, and hospitals care. Moreover, dr. Erwin confirms that there are around 1000 medical unit sent to polling stations across the province. The medical unit sent to the location consisted from 46 sub-regional police medical unit across East Java. Furthermore, eight Bhayangkara Hospitals in East Java have also been supplied with medicines and infusion equipment. “So that when if there are some who are having heart problems or others. They could immediately treated with medicines,” said Erwin on Thursday (2/15/2024). According to the police who were tasked for the 2024 General Election, they have been treated by the medical unit at each polling stations where they were stationed.
