inp.polri.go.id - Balikpapan. The East Kalimantan Regional Police again carried out vaccinations for the people in the Balikpapan area with a target of 1400 doses, which was held at the East Kalimantan Regional Police SPN Field, Monday (08/02/2021). The activity was directly reviewed by the East Kalimantan Regional Police, Pol. General Inspector Herry Rudolf Nahak, accompanied by East Kalimantan Deputy Chief of Police Brigadier General Pol. Hariyanto, and key officials from the East Kalimantan Regional Police. The East Kalimantan Police Chief said that people do not need to worry about participating in the vaccination program. He said this was one of the steps to deal with Covid-19 through group immunity or herd immunity. The Regional Police Chief hopes that if herd immunity is achieved, then the condition of East Kalimantan, especially Balikpapan, which was originally not good, will soon return to normal. Pol. General Inspector Herry also asked residents to make good use of this vaccination movement.
