Fact-checking revealed no official statement from President Prabowo regarding any decree to dissolve political parties. While video footage shows the President addressing law enforcement, anti-corruption efforts, and constitutional powers under the 1945 Constitution, he made no mention of disbanding political organizations.

Under Indonesian law, the power to dissolve political parties rests exclusively with the Constitutional Court through established legal procedures, rather than through executive presidential decrees.
