She discussed these matters at the Soekarno Hatta Customs Office, according to antaranews.com

Issues included under-invoicing for shoe imports and detained keyboard shipments for special needs schools, which went viral on social media.

Minister Sri Mulyani emphasized Customs' roles in border protection, revenue collection, trade facilitation, and industrial assistance. 

She urged Customs to enhance services and educate the public on relevant policies. Collaboration with stakeholders was encouraged for efficient problem-solving.
