inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform says that Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) part-timer must be ready to be moved to another institution if needed. This is in accordance with the decision of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 16 of 2025 which was officially announced on January 13th, 2025 on Monday (2/3/2025).

The ministry also conveyed that PPPK part-timers who apply to move agencies will be considered to have resigned. Exceptions will be given if there is a change in government organization.

On the other hand, if the PPPK part-timers are needed, they will be transferred to a unit that matches their competency. This is related to the differences in function and management between Civil Servants and PPPK.

This provision is different from State Civil Apparatus (PNS) mutations regulated by BKN Regulation No. 5 of 2019 concerning mutation procedures. This regulation only allows PNS to apply for mutations, excluding PPPK full-timer and part-timer.

This policy aims to provide flexibility in the distribution of workers in agencies that need them. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to and understand each rule, so that there are no misunderstandings in its implementation.
