Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Directorate General of Immigration facilitates visa issuance and prepares special lanes to welcome the upcoming 10th World Water Forum (WWF) delegates in Bali. 

"We assist with visa issuance and provide special lanes for arrivals," said Director General of Immigration Silmy Karim on Monday (29/4/2024).

The Immigration Directorate is responsible for registration, website, and information system domains in this year's WWF, as per Presidential Decree No. 13 of 2024, he said, as reported by antaranews.com.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai Immigration Office has arranged separate arrival lanes for delegates and regular passengers to ensure efficient processing during the event from 18 to 25 May 2024. Ngurah Rai Immigration Office has also mapped out the roles of its personnel for the inspection mechanism. 

Head of Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, Suhendra, confirmed that inspections for heads of state and ministers were conducted in designated areas, while other delegates were processed in the international arrival terminal. 

The WWF is an international meeting jointly organized by the World Water Council and hosts every three years. The 10th WWF will be held in Bali from May 18 to 25, 2024, with the theme "Water for Shared Prosperity."
