Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesia and Australia have discussed expanding their collaboration through the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership (Prospera) program, with a focus on digital governance and human resource development.

The meeting, held on Tuesday, (19/11/2024), was led by Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Rini Widyantini, and Australian Ambassador to Indonesia, Penny Williams.

“We value the partnership that has developed since 2020, and we are eager to deepen and expand this collaboration to drive meaningful progress in digital governance and human resource development in Indonesia,” Minister Widyantini said, as quoted by antaranews.com.

Shehighlighted the importance of Prospera experts working closely with the Ministry of PANRB to offer technical support on key areas like bureaucratic reform, public service efficiency, and digital government transformation.

“These efforts are vital to improving governance and delivering better services to the public,” Minister Rini added.

In 2024, Australia provided technical support for e-government and public sector gender equality initiatives.
