Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesina National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Agency requested an Interpol Red Notice on Wednesday (20/5/2026) for fugitive Lukmanul Hakim, an international drug kingpin suspected of supplying crystal meth to the Andre Fernando network, known as "The Doctor." 

Investigators revealed that the fugitive may have undergone facial surgery and financial footprint to evade law enforcement.

"We have requested a red notice through the National Police International Relations Division against the fugitive Lukmanul Hakim," said Director of Drug Crimes Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, as reported by antaranews.com 

He said that the suspect is believed to have undergone facial plastic surgery and changed his citizenship to Saint Kitts and Nevis while operating from Malaysia.

To assist the manhunt, police released facial sketches of his post-surgery appearance alongside a police-to-police arrest request to the Royal Malaysia Police. Financial tracking uncovered four network bank accounts with nearly 15,000 transactions totaling Rp 464.1 billion between 2018 and March 2026.
