Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) on Friday (12/12/2025) launched the Criminal Investigation Complaint Service Application of the Criminal Investigation Agency at the INP Headquarters to strengthen public services through digitalization and bureaucratic efficiency.
“This application integrates all public complaint channels into one faster, more transparent, and responsive system,” said Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, the Head of the INP’s Public Relations Division’s Public Information Bureau.
The app was officially inaugurated by Deputy Police Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo on December 12, 2025. It allows citizens to submit complaints via a single platform that connects in-person reports, mobile applications, chat, and WhatsApp services. Users can monitor case progress in real time, communicate directly with investigators, and receive updates within 1x24 hours.
INP said the platform also enables online case reviews via video conference, reducing barriers of distance and time while improving accountability and public trust.
