Head of the Public Information Bureau (Karo Penmas) of the National Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, explained that the investigation into this case is currently being intensively carried out by the Directorate of Cyber ​​Crimes.

“Our Cyber Crimes unit is still looking into the case regarding the system disruption of Bank DKI. We assure you that the handling of this case is taken professionally and transparently,” says Trunoyudo in his statement on Monday (4/21/2025).

He also emphasized that every development of the investigation will be conveyed to the public in accordance with the applicable stages and procedures.

"We ask the public to be patient and trust us in handling this case thoroughly," he added.

Previously, this case surfaced to the public after the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung requested that the system disruption and alleged leak of funds at Bank DKI be officially reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
