inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Chief Assistant for Planning and Budget (Astamarena) of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, Commissioner General Wahyu Hadiningrat revealed that the institution budget for 2025 has decreased after the budget reconstruction by the Ministry of Finance.
Wahyu explained that the INP budget was initially approved by Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives with a value of IDR 126.6 trillion.
Then, it has now been cut to IDR 106 trillion following an efficiency budget of 16.26% or IDR 20.5 trillion.
"Then in the reconstruction of INP budget according to the presidential instruction, INP budget will be cut by IDR 20.5 trillion following a meeting with the Ministry of Finance . This is 16.26 percent of our 2025 budget," explained Wahyu in a working meeting with Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives on Wednesday (2/12/25).
According to Wahyu, the budget efficiency has an impact on the INP's goods and capital expenditures in the 2025 budget year. He explained that goods expenditure experienced an efficiency of 26.91 percent from IDR 34.007 trillion to IDR 27.3 trillion.
"Capital expenditure experienced an efficiency of 26.14 percent from a total of IDR 33.09 trillion and left IDR 19.1 trillion," he said.
