The Indonesian National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo emphasized to all police members to always be vigilant towards any threats against public security and order ahead 2024 General Elections. General Sigit in his directions at Corodination Meeting of Mantap Brata Operation 2023-2024 emphasized that all security disturbance must be dealt with before 2024 Elections. With that, he says, security disturbances could be suppressed during elections. “Police chief says that every security disturbances should be dealt with from now, to prevent any potential disturbances from coming to reality. This would make security disturbances could be anticipated so that elections could went smoothly,” says the Head of INP Public Relations, Inspector General Shandi Nugroho after the meeting, Wednesday (9/27/2023). General Sigit also urged his forces not to underestimate even the slightest threat potentials. “Consider every area are prone areas,” says Police Publice Relations Chief conveying the directions of Sigit.
