Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Indonesian National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo urged the Traffic Corps to strengthen public service delivery during the opening of the Technical Working Meeting) in South Jakarta on Thursday (12/6/2025).

“There are many areas that must continue to improve. We want people to truly feel the presence of traffic officers during key operations and daily activities,” he said, as quoted by antaranews.com.

He emphasized enhancing operational readiness during major operations like Operasi Ketupat and routine duties. He also pushed for faster and more accessible public services, especially for vehicle registration and identification (regident), by accelerating digital transformation.

“Digital systems must be strengthened to make services more accessible,” Chief Sigit added.

Prabowo called on the entire traffic division to use these improvements as part of their ongoing performance evaluation. He also presented awards to ministries that have supported the government’s traffic safety and order programs.
