Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Indonesian National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo called on Indonesians to use the Christmas holiday as a moment to strengthen national unity.

In a message shared on his social media account @listyosigitprabowo on Wednesday (25/12/2025), he emphasized the importance of harmony in a diverse nation.

“Christmas joy radiates the light of love for us all. Indonesia, a great nation with diverse ethnicities, races, and religions, has historically drawn strength from tolerance,” Chief Sigit said, as quoted by antaranews.com.

He urged citizens to uphold unity, which he described as the cornerstone of the nation’s progress. 

“Continue to embrace brotherhood tightly. Let Indonesia soar high like the Garuda,” the Chief added.

He also extended Christmas and New Year greetings, expressing hope for a prosperous future. 

“May Christ’s love guide our journey toward a strong, honorable, and prosperous Indonesia by 2045,” Chief Sigit said.
