inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said that the Bhayangkara Corps continues to be committed to supporting government programs through various policies that have been implemented by the human resources (HR) and logistics staff (Slog) sections of INP.
"Several of our HR and Slog programs have supported the government programs," said the Chief of Police when attending the closing of the Joint Technical Working Meeting (Rakernis) on Friday (5/9/2025).
Sigit said that several activities that have been implemented by HR and Slog are the formation of a food security task force, the operation of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG), the construction of superior schools, and the construction of subsidized Polri houses.
Sigit hopes that the joint rakernis can produce concrete solutions in improving the quality of HR in the Bhayangkara Corps.
"This activity is expected to be able to formulate strategic steps to improve the quality of HR and Polri," he said.
The four-star police general also emphasized that INP HR and Slog are the main functions in the force so that the police can continue to optimize the implementation of their duties in the future.
"No people, no power; no tools, no action. Without human resources we have no power, without equipment we cannot act. Human resources and logistics are fundamental factors to optimize the implementation of INP's duties in the future," he said.
